Healthy breakfast
My friend Jaime recommended I try this quinoa porridge recipe. The only modifications I made were to add 1/4 tsp nutmeg at Jaime's advice and I used maple syrup instead of agave. Yummy and filling!
My name is Christi and I live with my lovely husband, Kip, and 2 adorable cats in Seattle. We bought our first home in 2008 and spend a lot of time working on it in our spare time, as do my in-laws (hehe, thanks guys!!). I started this blog to help me see the progress we made and will continue to make on the home and the yard. I also wanted to keep track of the different blogs, websites etc that I look to for inspiration and dreaming. I love cooking and crafts, so I'm going to share the finished products here from time to time.
